Why they haven't updated "musicians" in several hundred years. Talk about Luddites!

In order to convert an mp3 or wav of a song with full arrangment the only way is to use a particular piece of hardware called "musician". There are plenty and they are pretty cheap nowadays. However, be careful, cause to get a good result you need a "musician" running a specific operating system called "good ears". There are many models of "musicians" but only a few actually have "good ears" - no matter what the ads say. 
There's no other way.
If you only need to transform one instrument at a time, Melodyne is by far the best option. It works beautifully on monophonic souces and very well on polyphinic sources as well. Some minor fine tuning may be needed.
